There are some fabulous songs in this collection. Mtoto Akililia Wembe made it onto the early 90s Mlimani collection, Tanzania Dance Bands Volume 1 from Germany and that album's US release under the name Sikinde.

Over the last ten years, Dar-es-Salaam Development Corporation's Orchestra Mlimani Park have been THE dominant force of the Tanzania music scene. The recent success of their first Ahadi album, "The Best of Orchestra DDC Mlimani Park", is a clear sign that the band has made the leap to international prominence. Now the "Mabingwa wa Muziki", reigning music champions from Tanzania, are back with Volume Two of "The Best of DDC Mlimani Park Orchestra". This album represents a carefully selected line-up of six of their finest Sikinde hits, most, never before available on record.
